My name is Jake Nunneley and I am the founder of Innovative Martial Arts.  I am a lifelong martial artist.  I got started in martial arts because I was being bullied at age 10.  My parents wanted me to have more confidence and be able to defend myself.

I have over 25 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of experience teaching martial arts!  We have been proudly serving Rocklin and Scotts Valley, CA!

OUR MISSION:

It is our mission to teach our students to pursue excellence in all areas of their life.  We will do this by supporting our students and their families goals.  We will do this through high-quality martial arts, physical fitness, lessons in life and mentorship.

3rd Degree Black Belt in Kovars Kenpo Karate

2nd Degree Black Belt in Ho Kuk Mu Sul

1st Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Blue Belt in Judo

I also have Kickboxing and eskrima experience.

Our students at Innovative Martial Arts learn a Blended System of martial arts.  Our goal is for students to be able to defend themselves in all ranges of combat.
